Jumeirah Ville Groundbreaking Ceremony

A historic moment for Islamic real estate in the Philippines as Jumeirah Estates breaks ground on its flagship development in Tagkawayan, Quezon.

The groundbreaking ceremony for Jumeirah Ville marked a significant milestone—not just for our company, but for the entire Filipino Muslim community. Attended by over 200 guests including local government officials, Islamic scholars, partner organizations, and prospective homeowners, the event signified the beginning of a new era in ethical housing.

The ceremony began with a reading from the Holy Quran, followed by du'a (supplication) for the success of the project. Key stakeholders then participated in the traditional capsule laying and first shovel ceremonies, symbolizing the solid foundation upon which Jumeirah Ville will rise.
