Iligan City, known as the "City of Majestic Waterfalls," is a vibrant urban center in Northern Mindanao with a significant Muslim population. The acquisition of prime land in this growing city represents a major step forward in our mission to provide Shariah-compliant housing options across the Philippines.

The Signing

The ceremony took place at a hotel in Iligan City, bringing together the landowners, Jumeirah Estates' executive team, legal counsel, and representatives from the local government unit. The agreement was witnessed by community leaders and representatives from the Iligan Muslim community who had been advocating for ethical housing developments in the region.

The acquired property spans several hectares in a strategically located area with excellent access to major roads, commercial centers, and educational institutions. Its proximity to both the city center and natural landscapes made it an ideal site for a mixed-use Shariah-compliant development.

Vision for Jumeirah Heights

Jumeirah Heights is envisioned as a premium Shariah-compliant community featuring residential lots, town center amenities, a community masjid, and green open spaces. The development will follow the same Murabahah financing model that has proven successful with Jumeirah Ville, offering zero-interest installment plans.

Site development planning has commenced, with groundbreaking projected for late 2025. The project is expected to offer between 300 and 500 residential lots across multiple phases.
