RESERVATION AGREEMENT TERMS
  1. I certify that the above information is true and correct.
  2. (Pinatutunayan kong totoo at tama ang lahat ng impormasyong nakasaad sa itaas.)
  3. It is understood and agreed that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  4. (Nauunawaan at sinasang-ayunan ko na ang bayad sa mga bayarin ay hindi na mare-refund at hindi rin maililipat sa iba.)
  5. Payment shall be made through In-House Financing or via direct payment to the Developer.(Ang bayad ay maaaring gawin sa pamamagitan ng In-House Financing o direktang bayad sa Developer.)
  6. For Muslim clients, the Islamic payment structure is applied through Musawamah and Istisna, which strictly observe No Riba (interest) and Fixed Payment Terms.
  7. (Para sa mga kliyenteng Muslim, ipinatutupad ang Islamic payment structure na tinatawag na Musawamah at Istisna, na sumusunod sa prinsipyo ng walang Riba (interest) at nakapirming bayad.)
  8. The Statement of Account and Official Payment Receipt will be sent via email.
    (Ang Statement of Account at Official Receipt ng bayad ay ipapadala sa pamamagitan ng email.)
  9. I, the undersigned, confirm my intent to reserve the property mentioned above in full compliance with the Islamic principles of fairness, transparency, and ethical dealing. I understand that this reservation does not constitute a sale, but an expression of interest, pending the execution of a Shariah-compliant Contract of Sale Agreement, which shall be available upon compliance with all required documentation and procedures.
  10. (Ako, ang nakapirma sa ibaba, ay kumpirmadong nagnanais na magpareserba ng nabanggit na property alinsunod sa Islamikong prinsipyo ng katarungan, katapatan, at makatarungang pakikitungo. Nauunawaan ko na ang reservation na ito ay hindi pa nangangahulugang bentahan, kundi isang pahayag ng interes habang hinihintay ang paglagda sa isang Shari’ah-compliant na Kontrata ng Bilihan, na magaganap lamang kapag nakumpleto na ang lahat ng kinakailangang dokumento at proseso.)
  11. I confirm and agree that the Reservation Fee of ₱5,000.00 is non-refundable, but shall be deductible from the total contract price upon execution of the main agreement.

  13. I confirm and agree that all payments made on the First SOA (or Down Payment) is non refundable.
  14. I am informed that Contract To Sell (Sharia Compliant) will be prepared and issued for signing once available starting from a week from reservation date
  15. DEFAULT AND REMEDIES
  16. a) The DEVELOPER shall notify the PURCHASER in writing;
  17. 70 days past due:  verbal warning
  18. 80 days past Due: First notice of cancellation (10 days to settle)
  19. 91 days past Due: Second notice of cancellation ( 10 days to settle)
  20. 100 days Past Due: Third notice of cancellation ( 15 days to settle)
  21. 120days Past Due: FINAL Notice ( No Settlement Day Required, Automatic Cancellation).
