Seeing the Dream Take Shape

Prospective buyers and investors were invited to a guided tour of Jumeirah Ville's ongoing construction, witnessing firsthand the transformation of raw land into the Philippines' first Shariah-compliant community.

Transparency is a core value at Jumeirah Estates. Rather than asking buyers to rely solely on brochures and renders, we believe in showing them the actual progress on the ground. The October 2024 site tour was designed to do exactly that — give our buyers and investors a firsthand look at how their investments are taking shape.

Tour Highlights

The guided tour covered the entire Jumeirah Ville site, with stops at key development milestones. Visitors were able to see the completed main road (paved and curbed), the drainage system, perimeter fencing, and the leveled lots of Phase 1. Engineers and site supervisors were on hand to explain each aspect of the development process.

A particular highlight was the marked lot of the future community masjid, where visitors paused for a brief reflection and du'a. The location was chosen for its central position within the development, ensuring that the masjid will be the heart of the community — easily accessible from every block.

Buyer and Investor Feedback

The response from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Many lot owners expressed relief and excitement at seeing tangible progress on their investment. One buyer shared: "I was nervous about buying a lot I had only seen in pictures. But standing here today and seeing the roads, the lots, the plans for the masjid — I know I made the right decision."
