TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting this form and affixing my signature below, I hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Accuracy of Information
I certify that all information provided in this form is true, complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any falsification or misrepresentation may result in the cancellation of my reservation or any related processing.
2. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Payments
I understand and agree that all payments made—whether for reservation, processing, or other fees—are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.
3. Mode of Payment
All payments shall be made either:
- Through In-House Financing, or
- Via direct payment to the Developer.
4. Islamic Financing Structure (For Muslim Clients)
For Muslim clients, the Islamic financing structures Musawamah and Istisna shall apply.
These structures observe:
- No Riba (No Interest)
- Fixed and Transparent Payment Terms
- Fair and ethical dealings in accordance with Shariah principles
5. Issuance of Statements and Official Receipts
The Statement of Account (SOA) and Official Payment Receipt shall be issued and sent via the client’s registered email address.
6. Nature of the Reservation
I understand and agree that:
- This reservation represents an expression of interest to purchase the specified property.
- This reservation does not constitute a sale, nor does it create ownership rights.
- A Shariah-compliant Contract to Sell shall be executed only upon completion of all required documents, evaluations, and procedures.
- All dealings shall be conducted with fairness, transparency, and adherence to ethical and Islamic principles.
7. Reservation Fee
I agree that the Reservation Fee of ₱5,000.00 is:
- Non-refundable, and
- Deductible from the Total Contract Price upon execution of the main Contract to Sell.
8. Non-Refundability of First SOA / Down Payment
I confirm and agree that all payments made under the First Statement of Account (SOA) or Down Payment are strictly non-refundable.
9. Contract to Sell Preparation
I acknowledge that the Shariah-Compliant Contract to Sell will be prepared and made available for signing within approximately three (3) months from the date of reservation, subject to internal processing timelines.
10. Default and Cancellation Remedies
In the event of non-payment or delay in payment, the following schedule of notices and actions shall apply. The Developer shall notify the Purchaser in writing as follows:
- 70 days past due: Verbal warning

80 days past due: First Notice of Cancellation
- Purchaser shall have 10 days to settle outstanding dues

91 days past due: Second Notice of Cancellation
- Purchaser shall have 10 days to settle outstanding dues

100 days past due: Third Notice of Cancellation
- Purchaser shall have 15 days to settle outstanding dues

120 days past due: FINAL Notice
- Automatic cancellation of reservation
- No additional settlement period required
The Developer reserves the right to re-offer the property to other interested buyers upon cancellation.
11. Acceptance
By checking the “I Accept the Terms and Conditions” box in the reservation form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
